REPLACEMENT
You have 7 calendar days to replace an item from the date you received it.
We provide replacement for back cover which have got the following issues:
1. If there is any damage. (Broken product)
2. If the case you have received is not of your phone model.
3. Fitting issue
To be eligible for a replacement, authentic unboxing video of parcel is mandatory, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, you should have a valid reason.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products can’t be replaced in case of customer places an order for wrong Model/Design/Color/ product.
Once you fill the form within 7 days, the return window will be open until the issue is solved.
We do not guarantee that displayed color of product will be completely accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different than actual product shown.
NO RETURNS
As our products customized for specific phone model of customer, we do not provide return option on any of our product. We just provide replacement option as mentioned above
Cancellation policy-
Any of our product can be cancelled by customer within 24 hours of placing the order. Order can be cancelled in this period only
What Manufacturing defect includes?
Manufacturing defect includes Fitting Issue, Spots on prints, Major Alignment Issue, Print Blurred.
What Manufacturing defect does not include?
Minor color difference, different button/finger-print/camera/logo cutting, customer orders incorrect model, Minor Alignment Issue, etc.
